About the Host

Hi, I’m Eiga, the host of this lodge.

I was born and raised in Kimobetsu, and later lived in various parts of the world—including Jordan, Iraq, Dubai, the U.S., and China.

Drawing on these experiences, I strive to offer guests from around the world a truly special and irreplaceable time here in Hokkaido.

My passion is fly fishing, and I know the local rivers well. If you’re interested, feel free to ask me for tips or recommendations!

I’m also a big fan of hot springs and great food—if you’re looking for local spots to relax or enjoy a meal, just let me know.
