Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please contact us in advance if you need early check-in or late check-out.

Is there parking available?
Yes, we have two covered parking spaces on-site. Snow is cleared in winter, so you can arrive safely even on snowy days.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, free of charge. Ideal for remote work and streaming.
Can I cook in the kitchen?
Yes, we have full kitchens on both floors with IH stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, cooking tools, and dishes. Perfect for long stays.
Can I stay with my pet?
Yes, small dogs are allowed. Please consult with us in advance. Pets must be house-trained and stay in a cage indoors.
How are the road conditions in winter?
The premises are cleared of snow, but winter roads require caution. Studless winter tires are essential. If you're not confident driving on snow, please consider using our paid transfer service.
Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
Yes, a 7-Eleven and A-Mart supermarket are 5 minutes on foot. Seicomart and Lawson are 5 minutes by car.
Is there a train station or bus stop nearby?
The nearest train station is Kutchan Station (approx. 30 minutes by car). The closest bus stop is Kimobetsu, about 5 minutes on foot. Transfer is available upon request.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, there are local izakaya and diners within walking distance. We can recommend places based on your needs. In winter, most places require reservations, so we are happy to assist.
Is there heating in the lodge?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with oil heaters and centralized heating. The entire building is warm and safe during winter.
Can I enjoy sightseeing or activities nearby?
Yes, Rusutsu Resort is 15 minutes by car, Niseko about 40 minutes. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing, and hot springs depending on the season.
Are there hot springs nearby?
Yes, several hot springs are within driving distance. We especially recommend "Yubetsu no Yu" in Suttsu, known for its pure spring water and basil-flavored soft ice cream.
Can I stay with children?
Yes, we welcome families. The lodge has spacious living areas and traditional Japanese-style rooms. Suitable for small children.
Is long-term stay possible?
Yes, we support long-term stays. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi are available for comfortable extended living.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area.
Can I host parties or use karaoke?
Yes, we have karaoke equipment. The property is spacious and distanced from neighbors, but please refrain from loud noise during late-night hours.
