Q1:Do I have to go to a different onsen every day?
No, not at all.
You’re welcome to visit the same onsen multiple times if you like.
We’re happy to adjust the plan based on your preferences.
Q2: Are meals included?
Meals are not included.
Guests are expected to prepare their own breakfast and dinner.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and a dishwasher for your convenience.
We’ll be happy to recommend lunch spots during your tour,
but please note that meal expenses are to be paid by guests on-site.
Q3: Can I join the tour alone?
The plan is based on a minimum of 2 guests.
However, solo travelers are welcome to join by paying the 2-person rate.
Q4: How far does the shuttle service go?
Our shuttle can cover destinations within approximately 2.5 hours one way.
Round-trip transfers from Sapporo City and New Chitose Airport are also available (advance reservation required).
Q5: Is it okay if I don’t have a car?
Yes, no need to drive—pickup and drop-off are included.
You won’t need a rental car, so you can relax and enjoy the tour stress-free.
Q6: Is the onsen admission fee included?
No, admission fees for each onsen are not included in the tour price.
Please pay directly at each onsen facility.
(Fees vary by location, but are generally around ¥500 to ¥1,500.)
Q7: Do I need to bring my own towel for the onsen?
No need to bring your own.
Face towels and bath towels are provided at the lodge.
We also have a washer and dryer, so you’ll have fresh towels every day.
