📌 About Cancellation Fees

If you need to cancel your reservation due to personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• 14 days or more before check-in: No charge

• 7–13 days before check-in: 50% of total stay fee

• 1–6 days before check-in: 80% of total stay fee

• Same day or no-show: 100% of total stay fee

The number of days is calculated from the day before your scheduled check-in.

📝 How to Cancel

Please cancel your reservation via the booking website you used,
or contact us using the information provided in your reservation confirmation email.

💳 Payment of Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card used at the time of reservation.
Bank transfers are not accepted.

🗓 Changing Your Reservation

If you wish to change your check-in date,
cancellation fees may still apply depending on the timing.
Please contact us as early as possible to make changes.

❗ Special Periods

The following periods are considered peak seasons, and special cancellation fees apply:

• New Year Holiday (December 25 – January 8)

• Chinese New Year period

• Summer Holiday (August 10 – August 18)

Special cancellation fees:

• 30–15 days before check-in: 50% of total stay fee

• 14–8 days before check-in: 80% of total stay fee

• 7 days or less before check-in: 100% of total stay fee

🌪 In Case of Natural Disasters or Unforeseen Circumstances

If weather conditions or natural disasters make it impossible to operate the facility,
we may waive or partially refund the cancellation fee based on the situation.
